Shipping
Every piece sold by Tenzen is printed to order and shipped from our fulfilment partner's facility in India. Here's what to expect after you place an order.

1. Where we ship
We ship to all Indian pin codes serviceable by our courier partners (Delhivery, Shiprocket, India Post, Blue Dart, and equivalents). International shipping is not available at this time — we're a small brand and want to get the domestic experience right first.
2. Processing time
Every order goes through two stages:
- Production — 3 to 5 business days from the time your order is placed. Our partner prints and quality-checks the garment during this stage.
- Shipping — 3 to 7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities are usually at the shorter end; remote pin codes at the longer end.
Expect your order in roughly 6 to 12 business days total. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
3. Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders, with no minimum. Cash-on-delivery orders carry a small COD handling fee of ₹50, displayed at checkout.
4. Payment options
- Prepaid — UPI, debit/credit cards, netbanking, and wallets, processed securely by Razorpay.
- Cash on delivery — available on most serviceable pin codes. Please keep exact change ready for the delivery agent.
5. Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with the AWB (tracking) number and a link to track it live. You can also view tracking inside your Tenzen account.
6. Delivery attempts
Our courier partners typically attempt delivery up to three times. After three failed attempts, the package is sent back to the fulfilment centre as RTO (return to origin). If your order RTOs because delivery could not be completed despite our attempts, re-shipping charges of ₹150 will apply.
7. Incorrect or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can only change an address before your order enters production (typically within 6 hours). After that, changes are not possible.
8. Delays we can't control
Weather events, regional courier disruptions, and public holidays can occasionally delay delivery. We monitor all in-flight shipments and will reach out proactively if your order is stuck. You can always email us for a status check.
9. Damaged package
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept it or record an unboxing video before opening. Email us with photos or the video within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right — see our Refund policy for the full process.

Returns & refunds
At Tenzen, every piece is made-to-order by our partner. Because your garment only exists after you place the order, we follow the returns framework below — fair to you while keeping the model sustainable for a small brand.

1. Return window
You can raise a return request within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after this window cannot be accepted.
2. What qualifies for a return
- Manufacturing defect — stitching issue, print misalignment, tears, or fabric flaws.
- Wrong item delivered — you received a different product, size, or colour than what you ordered.
- Damaged in transit — the package arrived with visible damage affecting the product.
3. What does not qualify
- Change of mind, size preference changes after wear, or "doesn't fit my style".
- Items that have been washed, worn beyond a brief try-on, altered, or where tags have been removed.
- Minor variations in print placement of ±1 cm, which are a natural part of the process.
- Minor colour variations due to monitor calibration.
- Sale or clearance items marked "final sale".
4. How to raise a return
Email support.tenzen@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number (e.g. #TZ1042).
- Clear photos and/or a short video showing the issue.
- A brief description of what's wrong.
We will respond within 48 business hours with next steps. Please do not ship anything back before we confirm — unauthorised returns cannot be processed.
5. Exchanges (size swaps)
For size swaps on the same SKU, we can offer an exchange subject to stock availability from our fulfilment partner. Exchange requests also need to reach us within 7 days of delivery.
6. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and verify it, we will initiate a refund within 5 business days:
- Prepaid orders (Razorpay) — refunded to the original payment method. Card and netbanking refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days; UPI within 2–3 business days, subject to your bank.
- Cash on delivery — refunded via UPI or bank transfer to the account details you share with us.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.
7. Cancellations
Because orders are sent to production quickly, you can only cancel an order before it enters production. In practice this means within about 6 hours of placing the order, during business hours. Once printing begins, the order cannot be cancelled.
8. Delivery issues
If your order is marked "delivered" but you haven't received it, contact us within 48 hours so we can investigate with the courier. After 48 hours, courier tracing and proof-of-delivery protections are usually no longer available.

Privacy policy
Tenzen ("we", "us", "our") operates this website (the "Site"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

1. What we collect
When you browse the Site we automatically receive standard log data such as IP address, browser type, referring pages, cookies, and pages viewed. When you place an order, create an account, contact support, or sign up for marketing, we additionally collect information you provide directly, including:
- Name, email address, phone number, and shipping and billing addresses.
- Order details and payment reference IDs (we do not store card numbers or CVVs; payments are processed by Razorpay).
- Messages you send us via the Help Centre form or Instagram.
- Account credentials and saved addresses if you create a customer account.
2. How we use your information
- To process and ship your orders, including sharing your name, address, phone number, and order items with our shipping carriers.
- To process payments through Razorpay and, where applicable, handle refunds.
- To send you transactional emails about your orders (confirmation, shipping, delivery, returns).
- To respond to support requests and to improve our products and Site.
- With your explicit consent, to send marketing emails about new drops and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in those emails.
3. Cookies & analytics
We use first-party and third-party cookies to keep you signed in, remember items in your cart, and understand how the Site is used. Third-party services that set cookies include Shopify (platform), Razorpay (payments), Google Analytics (traffic), and Meta Pixel (advertising). You can block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Site may not work correctly.
4. Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers necessary to run our business:
- Shopify — e-commerce platform that hosts the Site.
- Razorpay — payment gateway for UPI, cards, netbanking, and wallets.

- Shipping carriers (Delhivery, Shiprocket, India Post, Blue Dart, etc.) to deliver your order.
- Email service providers that deliver order and marketing emails.
- Analytics and advertising partners (Google, Meta) in pseudonymised form.
We may also disclose your information where required by law, court order, or a valid government request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
5. How long we keep your information
We retain order and invoice records for eight (8) years as required by Indian tax law. Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw consent. Browsing analytics are retained for up to 26 months in aggregated form.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to port it to another provider, and to withdraw marketing consent. To exercise any of these rights, email support.tenzen@gmail.com and we will respond within thirty (30) days.
7. Security
All payments run over TLS and are tokenised by Razorpay. Account passwords are hashed. We do not have access to your payment card numbers. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
8. Children
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please email us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Terms of service
Welcome to Tenzen. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (the "Site") and any purchase you make from it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are
The Site is operated by Tenzen, a direct-to-consumer clothing brand based in India. Throughout these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Tenzen. "You" refers to the person visiting the Site or placing an order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
3. Products & availability
- All products are made to order by. Minor variations (print placement of ±1 cm, small colour shifts due to dye lots or your screen) are inherent to the process and are not considered defects.
- Product images are representative. Actual colours may vary slightly based on your display and lighting.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or correct pricing/stock errors at any time without liability.
4. Pricing, taxes, and payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- We accept prepaid payments through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets) and cash on delivery on serviceable pin codes.
- An order is confirmed only after successful payment authorisation (prepaid) or successful COD verification.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inability to fulfil. Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are initiated within 5 business days.
5. Shipping, returns & refunds
Shipping and return terms are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support.tenzen@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
7. Intellectual property
All designs, graphics, photography, text, logos, and the name "Tenzen" are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, resell, or create derivative works from our designs without written permission. Personal, non-commercial browsing is welcome — that's why we built the Site.
8. User content
If you post reviews, photos, or comments (on our Site, Instagram, or elsewhere) that tag or reference Tenzen, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to re-share that content on our marketing channels with attribution. You can ask us to stop at any time by emailing us.
9. Prohibited use
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Infringe any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Transmit malware, spam, or any content designed to disrupt the Site or its users.
- Engage in fraudulent orders, chargeback abuse, or misuse of COD.
10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim related to your use of the Site or a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi. We encourage you to contact us first at support.tenzen@gmail.com — most issues are resolved within a week without escalation.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
