Free shipping across India
Every order delivered in India ships free. There is no minimum order and no code to remember. The price on the product page is what it costs to get the piece to your door. The one extra you might see is a ₹50 handling fee if you choose cash on delivery, and checkout shows it before you confirm.
Free means every order
A single cap ships free. So does a full rotation. And if something needs replacing under Tenzen's promise, the replacement is free too, so getting it right never costs you a second delivery charge.
When your order leaves us
We pack and dispatch to a daily 5:00 PM IST cut-off. Order before 5:00 PM and your parcel leaves the next business day. Order after 5:00 PM and it leaves the business day after that. Our facility is closed on Sundays and bank holidays, which can add a day around weekends and festivals.
How long it takes
Once dispatched, orders within India arrive in 2 to 5 business days. Metro cities usually land at the shorter end, remote pin codes at the longer end. We deliver to every serviceable pin code in the country through partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post and Shiprocket.
Tracking from start to finish
The moment your order ships, you get an email with its tracking number. The same tracking sits in your Tenzen account, so you can check on your parcel without digging through your inbox.
Getting the address right
We can only change an address before processing starts, which is the 5:00 PM IST cut-off on the day you ordered. Give it a second look at checkout. Couriers attempt delivery up to three times; if a parcel comes back to us after three failed attempts, re-shipping costs ₹150.
If the box arrives damaged
If the parcel looks damaged, refuse it if you can, or film yourself opening it. Email the photos or the video to team@tenzen.in within 48 hours and we take it from there under our refund policy, which means a free replacement or your money back for anything damaged in transit.
When things run slow
Weather, courier disruptions and public holidays can hold a parcel up. We keep an eye on shipments in flight and will contact you if yours gets stuck, so you are not left refreshing a tracking page.
Ordering from outside India?
Tenzen is shipped worldwide and across India. International orders take 10 to 14 business days after dispatch, plus any time your country's customs holds the parcel, at a flat ₹2,500. Import duties and local taxes are not included and are paid on delivery.
