¿Qué tejidos usa Tenzen?

Tejidos premium elegidos por la prenda, no por la ficha técnica. Las camisetas son de algodón-poliéster 260 GSM, más pesados que la fast fashion (140-180 GSM) y el premium estándar (200-220 GSM); algunas piezas en punto waffle para textura. Camisas y otras categorías con tejidos elegidos para la construcción.

¿Cómo tallan las prendas Tenzen?

Las prendas Tenzen van de XS a XXL, con cortes unisex y relajados. Generosos en el cuerpo, con proporciones de bajo ajustadas para cada pieza. Ni ajustados ni cuadrados. Tabla de tallas completa en /pages/sizing-guides.

¿Cómo cuido la camiseta?

Lava del revés en frío con colores similares. No usar secadora. Secar al aire o en colgador. Plancha por el revés si es necesario. Así tratada, mantiene color y forma más de 50 lavados.

Envío

Haz el pedido antes de las 17:00 IST y sale al siguiente día laborable. Dentro de India tarda de 2 a 5 días laborables; internacional, de 10 a 14. El enlace de seguimiento te llega en cuanto sale.

Política de devoluciones

Si llega equivocado, dañado o con un fallo de estampado, escríbenos dentro de los 5 días siguientes a la entrega y lo reemplazamos gratis o te devolvemos el importe. Envía primero una foto, antes de devolver nada. El cambio de opinión y la talla equivocada no entran, así que revisa la guía de tallas.

Revisamos cada pieza a mano antes de que salga del estudio. Si alguna se nos escapa —artículo equivocado, daño en el transporte, un estampado que no coincide— avísanos en 5 días y tienes reemplazo gratis o tu dinero de vuelta, lo que prefieras. Lo que no podemos aceptar es un cambio de opinión o una talla mal elegida, así que echa un vistazo a la guía de tallas antes.

My head is on the larger side, so I checked the adjustment first. There was a setting that suited me. The cap sits level and the front keeps a clear shape on my head. Wore it to a daytime party and was very pleased with the way it sat throughout
